(MENAFN) Local media revealed that the Moroccan authorities have nabbed a British-Swiss dual national over suspected connection to the killing of two Scandinavian tourists in a mountainous area in central Morocco.
The Moroccan daily Assabah confirmed that the detention took place in the suspect's house in the city of Temara, near Rabat.
Probes were ongoing to unveil his links to the slaying of a Danish and a Norwegian women in mid December last year near the tourist village of Imlil, 60 kilometers away from the city of Marrakech.
The newspaper added that the man is suspected to have relation to another Swiss-Spanish dual citizen who stood on Jan.3 before the probing judge responsible for terrorism cases over the killing of the two foreign tourist. €ƒ
