Hilton Pattaya today announced the winners of the 5th Hilton South East Asia & India F&B Masters 2018/2019 – Hotel Level competition. Following an intense contest amongst 52 food and beverage enthusiasts who are vying for the chance to represent their hotels at the Country Level of the Hilton South East Asia & India F&B Masters 2018/2019, the Hotel Level winners of Hilton Pattaya are:
• Culinary Challenge: Khun Mukda Injan, Demi Chef from Horizon Rooftop Restaurant and Bar
• Dessert Challenge: Khun Chatchaya Keawkanjanalai, Commis II from Pastry Kitchen
• Barista Challenge: Khun Parichat Pramo, Waitress at Flare Restaurant
• Bar Challenge: Khun Sarnti Usaphrom, Bartender at Horizon Rooftop Restaurant & Bar
The Hilton F&B Masters is an annual food and beverage competition among the Hilton hotels in South East Asia & India in 5 disciplines including culinary, dessert, barista, bar and sommelier. The competition consists of three rounds; Hotel Level, Country Level and Regional Finals. All contestants have to showcase their passion and creativity in each plate and drink and present to the judges. Along with the presentation and taste of each creation, the preparation process, hygiene and safety, skill and knowledge were essential. Each winner of the Hotel Level will receive an honor of representing the hotel in the Country Level competition which will be held at Hilton Pattaya in November 2018.
