STANDOUT SUCCESSES
Tahsin Jawwad has been a consistent high performer. He was the school's topper at IGCSE and AS and is now the A-level topper as well. He has been offered the chance to study Computer Science at University of British Columbia with a C$ 100K scholarship.
Shiva Tejas has been a consistent high performer and was and a topper in IGCSE and AS level. His high aspirations to study medicine have seen him develop a website for students who want to pursue medicine in the future. He got a high score in UKCAT with great support his teachers and has now been accepted by University of Birmingham and University of Nottingham with a scholarship.
Anadil Saqib Sheikh is a student with grit and resilience that has seen her consistently rank among the school's toppers. A highly focussed student with a charming personality, she has been at WIN for the last 13 years and will be pursing Economics at Lancaster University, for which she has secured a scholarship as well.
Taha Naveed has consistently improved in performance despite a medical condition that prevented him from attending regular classes for a long period in Year 12. Taha joined WIN in 2017 and has risen to the challenges he has faced demonstrated outstanding improvement in Computer Science, having now received an offer to major in Computer Science at Rochester Institute of Technology with a scholarship.
Katie Ingrid Ramanayaka is the Valedictorian of the Class of 2022. She completed her entire schooling at WIN – a full 15 years – and has been consistently high performing and among her year's toppers. She has also been engaged in all spheres of school life and has contributed immensely in various leadership roles, including as lead singer in the school choir.
