(MENAFN- Arab Times) KUWAIT CITY, March 22, (KUNA): Kuwait's Undersecretary for Ministry of Electricity and Water (MEW) Engineer Mohammad Bushehri said Thursday that his country's experience in water desalination field has attracted a wide international interest.

Bushehri made his remarks to KUNA on the sidelines of the 8th World Water Forum 2018, currently held in Brasilia, Brazil, in which he heads the participating Kuwaiti delegation.

Participants of the international forum expressed their keen interest in the 'distinctive' Kuwaiti experience, he said, adding the Kuwaiti delegation's participation at the event is part of the MEW's keenness to join world countries to discuss latest water issues and review best ways to create an appropriate healthy environment.

The Forum, entitled 'Sharing Water', has the presence of twelve heads of state and 40,000 participants to discuss sustainable uses of the world's water resources, noted Bushehri
