Large Concrete Plant To Be Launched In Kyrgyzstan's Naryn

BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan, August 29. A large
concrete plant is being constructed in the Naryn region of
Kyrgyzstan, Trend
reports.
According to the presidential representative of the region, the
plant, which will produce 70-80 cubic meters of concrete mix per
hour, is expected to be operational by the end of October.
As was reported, a crushing facility with a capacity of 180 tons
of gravel per hour is planned to be commissioned on September 20.
The plant will be able to supply all construction projects in the
city of Naryn with raw materials.
According to the State Statistical Committee of Kyrgyzstan, the
country's industrial production amounted to 280.4 billion soms
($3.2 billion) from January through July 2024, which is a 0.8
percent increase compared to the same period in 2023.
The industry in the Naryn region includes enterprises in the
energy, coal, food, milling, and construction materials sectors. It
is primarily based on the processing of local raw materials and
coal extraction.
