Tashkent : President of the Republic of Uzbekistan HE Shavkat Mirziyoyev met today with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani.
At the outset of the meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister conveyed the greetings of the Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to the President of Uzbekistan and wishes of good health and happiness, and for the people of Uzbekistan continued progress and prosperity.
For his part, the President entrusted the Deputy Prime Minister with his greetings to the Amir, wishing him good health and happiness and further progress and development for the Qatari people.
The meeting dealt with reviewing bilateral relations, particularly in the diplomatic and investment fields, and with increasing bilateral trade volume. The meeting also discussed the latest regional and international developments.
