State Property Fund Sells Grain Processing Plant In Bukovina

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) The State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced an auction for the sale of the unified property complex of the Nepolokivtsi Grain Processing plant on June 24, 2024, with a starting price of UAH 217.4 million.
This was announced on Telegram by the head of the State Property Fund Vitalii Koval, Ukrinform reports.
"Next Monday, we plan to put up for online auction the Nepolokivtsi Grain Processing Plant... This is an operating enterprise for the production of products of the flour and cereal industry, which has a strong production base and significant development potential," the message says.
The only property complex is located in the village of Nepolokivtsi, 27 km from Chernivtsi. The advantageous location near the borders with the EU is one of the advantages of the facility, as it opens up wide export opportunities.

The Property Complex includes production, warehouse, administrative, and auxiliary buildings with an area of almost 42 thousand square meters. sq.m, 24 units of transport and special equipment, and more than 1,200 units. equipment and other assets.
According to Koval, the facility's ready-made infrastructure allows it to immediately start operating efficiently and increase volumes.
The online auction will take place on June 24 in the electronic trading system Prozorro.
The starting price is UAH 217.4 million.
As reported earlier, the State Property Fund of Ukraine sold the only property complex of the state-owned Zirnenskyi Distillery Plant at auction for UAH 60 million.
