Sidra Medicine Honours Academic Batch Of Residents, Sponsored Students

Doha, Qatar: Sidra Medicine, a member of Qatar Foundation, celebrated its first Medical Education Day recently, to recognize its batch of 2022-2023 graduate residents, fellows and sponsored students.

Twenty-six graduate residents, 21 fellows and four sponsored students were recognized for their achievements and being the best in their field across Sidra Medicine's specialties.

The paediatric specialities included, neonatology; radiology; surgery; endocrinology; cardiology; general paediatrics; emergency medicine; anaesthesiology; nephrology; infectious diseases and developmental behavioural paediatrics, in addition to obstetrics and gynaecology.

The Medical Education Day event was marked with several special awards including Best Resident, Best Fellow, Best Faculty Member and more.

Prof. Ibrahim Janahi, Chair of Medical Education and Designated Institutional Official at Sidra Medicine said:“Congratulations to our 2022-2023 batch of residents, students and fellows.
