Islamic Affairs Ministry Holds Iftar Banquet In Bangladesh And Somalia And Hands Over 92,000 Copies Of The Holy Quran To Muslim Charities In India


(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Riyadh, April 06, 2023, SPA -- Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, in cooperation with the Kingdom's Embassy in Somalia, has launched the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Program for Iftar in the federal Republic of Somalia during the Holy Month of Ramadan, in the presence of Saudi Ambassador to Somalia Ahmed Al-Muwallad.
The ministry, represented by the Religious Attaché at the Kingdom's Embassy in the Republic of Bangladesh, also held an Iftar banquet for graduates of Saudi universities as part of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' program launched by the ministry during Ramadan to serve Muslims in line with the directives of the Saudi wise leadership.
The ministry delivered 92,000 copies of the Holy Quran today as a gift from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to the Republic of India, in the presence of the Religious Attaché at the Kingdom's Embassy in India Badr Al-Bajidi.
