His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani attended Saturday evening the opening ceremony of the 19th Mediterranean Games in Oran, in the sisterly Algeria.
The opening was attended by a number of heads of State and other dignitaries. His Highness Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad al-Thani, the Personal Representative of His Highness the Amir, and members of the official delegation accompanying His Highness the Amir were also present. The opening ceremony included a dazzling fireworks display.
