Turkmenistan Exports Large Volume Of Natural Gas To China
(MENAFN- Trend News Agency) ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, April 27. Turkmenistanexported a large volume of natural gas to China from Januarythrough March this year, Trend reports.
According to official data, Turkmenistan exported $2.4 billionworth of natural gas to China during the specified period.
Furthermore, the latest known values show that Turkmenistanexported $8.82 billion worth of natural gas to China from Januarythrough November last year.
Turkmenistan exported $10.25 billion worth of natural gas toChina through pipelines in 2022, which is 51 percent more than in2021.
Meanwhile, Turkmenistan supplies its gas to China through threegas pipelines, passing through Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan beforereaching China. The total capacity of these pipelines is 55 billioncubic meters of gas per year.
