Iran’s exports value from South Khorasan province stand at USD723m

(MENAFN) According to an Iranian provincial official announcement, goods of USD723.907 million worth were exported from South Khorasan province, in the east of Iran, in the last Iranian calendar year 1400 (ended on March 20).
Based on Hasan Rahimi-Zadeh, the director-general of the province’s customs department, set the volume of exported commodities at 2.123 million tons.
He stated that exports from South Khorasan province during last year plummeted 14 percent in worth and 40 percent in volume, in comparison to its prior year.
The official mentioned cement, light hydrocarbons, ceramics and tiles, gas oil, distilled fuel oil, dates, bitumen as well as rebar as the main exported products and Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan and Turkmenistan as the major export countries.
