Trade between Mongolia, China improves

The National Statistics Office of Mongolia published data on Sunday saying that the trade volume between China and Mongolia has went up to USD8.9 billion 2019, making up 64.4 percent of the total foreign trade of Mongolia.

The office said that Mongolia made trades with around 152 countries in the world in 2019, it mainly exported goods to China such as coal, copper and molybdenum concentrates.

The statistics said that the trade volume between Mongolia and China has made 89.1 percent of the total exports of Mongolia in 2019.

The trade volume between the two counties stood at a value of USD8.4 billion in 2018.
