(MENAFN) Local authorities declared that 11 people have died in a plant blaze in central China's Henan Province Monday.
Local government information office confirmed that the blaze erupted at about 11:10 a.m. at a pastoral company in the city of Shangqiu, however, it was extinguished by around 2:15 p.m.
Initial probes revealed that 3 workers breached operation instructions, which led to the blaze.
Shangqiu has lifted an emergency action and demanded safety inspection across the city.
