If the customer believes another lender has a more competitive mortgage rate, the customer can provide Pinnacle with the competitor's Loan Estimate within three business days from the date of the Loan Estimate. If Pinnacle can't beat the competitor's mortgage rate while matching the fees on the competitors loan estimate, Pinnacle will give the borrower $1,000 when they fund with the other lender.
