5.5-Magnitude Earthquake Hits Syria


(MENAFN- Trend News Agency) BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 13. An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.5 has occurred in Syria, the Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Centre says, Trend reports.

According to information, the epicenter of the earthquake was located 4 kilometers west of the city of Salamiyah.

There is no information about casualties or damage.
