China accepts four new IPO requests

China's top securities watchdog has accepted the initial public offering (IPO) requests of four firms.

Changchun Engley Automobile Industry Co.,Ltd., Shanghai Action Education Technology Co., Ltd., Ficont Industry (Beijing) Co., Ltd., and Suzhou Huaya Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd., will be put on the A-share market, the China Securities Regulatory Commission stated in a report.

The commission did not state the total finances to be raised.

The firms and their underwriters will affirm IPO dates and issue their prospectuses following talks with the stock exchanges.
