Iran: Mazandaran Province exports goods worth USD 124.03M


(MENAFN)A provincial head stated that, Mazandaran Province, in north of Iran exported about 472,000 tons of merchandise to 31 countries in the first eight months of this year in the Iranian calendar year.

The official with the customs department of Mazandaran, Ali Yousefi, set the worth of exported goods at USD124.03 million.
He mentioned Iraq, Russia, Kazakhstan, Afghanistan, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Turkmenistan, Syria, and Romania as the top export destinations of the products in the stated period.

1.796 million tons of goods value USD586.97 million have been imported to the province during the first eight months of this year, and named Russia, the UAE, Turkey, Germany, Kazakhstan, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Oman as the major countries exporting commodities to the province, the official added.
