The scenes brought her instant fame, beheading threats from Islamic State supporters, and one would assume, satisfying monetary compensation.
However, Khalifa, who now works with app developers, recently revealed that her brief porn career wasn't as profitable.

Khalifa earned just Rs. 8.5 lakh from porn
Last week, Khalifa tweeted, "People think I'm racking in millions from porn. Completely untrue. I made a TOTAL of around $12,000 (Rs. 8.5L) in the industry and never saw a penny again."
She mentioned facing trouble finding "normal" jobs after her stint in the adult film industry, which ended in 2015.
Khalifa also made the revelation in aninterviewwith American author Megan Abbott.

However, Helmy added that Khalifa's earnings are "pretty typical."
