(MENAFN- Colombo Gazette) US President Donald Trump and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi were among several world leaders who condemned the multiple bomb attacks in Sri Lanka today and offered assistance.
Trump tweeted saying the United States offers heartfelt condolences to the great people of Sri Lanka and stands ready to help.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted saying he strongly condemned the horrific blasts in Sri Lanka.
"There is no place for such barbarism in our region. India stands in solidarity with the people of Sri Lanka. My thoughts are with the bereaved families and prayers with the injured," he said.
