Attending and a number of ministers the Administrative Parliamentary Committee meeting chaired by acting House Speaker, Nassar Al-Qaisi and attended by the committee's president, Ali Al-Hajahjah, Razzaz said this issue is not easy, as it requires consolidation of reference and supporting services, in addition to the institutions' ability to homogenize, which applies to ministries when considering the option of merging.

He added that the government is keen to improve the productivity of these institutions, saying the mandate should be to the minister concerned.
