Zelensky Arrives At US Congress

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) During his visit to Washington, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky arrived at the US congress to meet with the leadership of both parties in the upper house.
This was reported by an Ukrinform correspondent.
Zelensky later presented Ukrainian awards to the leaders of the two parties in the Senate.
The Head of State is expected to have direct communication, in particular, with the leader of the Democrats, Senator Chuck Schumer, and the leader of the Republicans, Senator Mitch McConnell.
The meeting was also attended by other US lawmakers.

The parties are expected to discuss, among other things, further support for our country.
Later on Wednesday, Volodymyr Zelensky is scheduled to meet with House Speaker Mike Johnson.
As reported by Ukrinform, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky is on a visit to the United State to participate in the NATO summit in Washington.
