NATO Summit Kicks Off In Washington

BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 10. The NATO summit with
the participation of 32 NATO member countries, partner countries
and the European Union will be held in the US capital Washington
from July 9 to 11, Trend reports.
The event, held on the theme“Ukraine and Transatlantic
Security,” is also dedicated to the 75th anniversary of NATO. 75
years ago, 12 countries met in Washington and signed the North
Atlantic Treaty.
The summit began with a round table on“Women, Peace and
Security,” organized by the US State Department.
