Her previous agency experience includes MBooth, Ketchum, Golin and, most recently, Zeno Group. Alonso joins Boden with more than 10 years of experience across a wide range of sectors including CPG, retail, spirits, financial services, lifestyle and travel. She is joining Boden after a seven-plus year career at Ketchum, with account work including Whirlpool, Discover Puerto Rico, Mastercard and Royal Caribbean.

WASHINGTON - Jenny Wang has joined Susan Davis International as a senior VP. At SDI, Wang will help spearhead the firm's external representation, play an integral role in business development efforts, and provide clients with senior counsel in crisis management, reputation management, media relations, and public affairs. Before joining SDI, Wang was a senior VP at CLYDE, where she developed new business opportunities and worked with healthcare clients. Prior to Clyde, she was a vice president at kglobal, where she led integrated communications campaigns and provided crisis communications for clients across various industries.

ANNAPOLIS, MD - Crosby Marketing Communications has promoted three senior staff members to executive. As executive VP, experience design, Lee Gatchel leads teams creating compelling experiences that enhance user engagement and satisfaction across digital channels and destinations. Ron Ordansa was promoted to executive VP, creative director, leading the development of branding, integrated marketing, and PSA campaigns for Crosby clients. As an executive VP, senior strategist, Julia Krahe provides strategic counsel and campaign leadership for clients ranging from the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force to the US Department of Agriculture, with a focus on earned media and crisis communications.

Calcium+Company has promoted Bruno Brasileiro from executive creative director to chief creative officer, based in the New York office. Brasileiro is an award-winning creative leader with more than 20 years of experience working in a variety of therapeutic categories and for a wide range of leading consumer and pharmaceutical clients.
Brasileiro will report to Calcium+Company group president Greg Lewis.

WASHINGTON - Vision360 Partners has added two new partners to the firm's leadership. Jen Farber, a political and PR veteran who brings significant agency experience having worked at Precision Strategies, Firehouse Strategies, Purple Strategies, and GMMB, joins Vision360 as a partner. Allison Haley, another PR veteran, was promoted from senior vice president at Vision360 to partner. Vision360 Partners also promoted Natalie Pavlatos and Caitlin Gullickson to senior VP and Tim Hogan to senior VP for digital services. Ian Eli Lee, Roderick Patton, and Rhina
Portillo were named as managing directors.

NEW YORK - Development Counsellors International (DCI) has appointed Cathy Preece as senior VP. In her new role, she will oversee the communications strategy for DCI's tourism public relations clients, directing tourism crisis and recovery communications efforts, and developing the agency's hospitality strategy.
Most recently, Preece held the position of senior VP at Lou Hammond Group. Prior to that, she independently consulted with PR agencies, marketing firms, and various entities in travel and tourism marketing following a 16-plus-year tenure at Adams Unlimited, a travel and tourism marketing communications firm.
