(MENAFN) Major General Mohammad Hossein Baqeri claims that by alleging that Russia is utilizing military drones built in Iran in the present war with Ukraine, the West has essentially confirmed the efficacy of Iranian technology. The assertions are false, the military officer asserts, calling them "part of the enemy’s psychological warfare."
The Chief of Staff of the Iranian armed forces was reported in a story on Sunday by Iran's state-run Tasnim news agency as stating that the West is well aware of how sophisticated Tehran's UAVs are due to persistent assertions that they are being utilized in the continuing crisis in Ukraine. Iran is one of the top five countries in the world for the production of military drones, according to Baqeri.
The general claims that a former CENTCOM commander recently admitted that Iran's drones, among other factors, are to blame for Washington's loss of total air dominance for the first time since World War II.
