(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Riyadh, November 04, 2022, SPA – Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CSTC) has won the best Project Management Office Award in the Global Project Excellence Awards 2022 competition, for its excellence in applying the best practices adopted, during the Project Management Offices (PMO) Summit. This award is given annually to the best project management offices that demonstrate exceptional efficiency in applying the best practices, standards, and governance methods of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
CSTC received its first award (PMO Of The Year) under the track (Global Project Excellence Awards) presented by the Project Management Institute (PMI), where the Commission succeeded in submitting a document that won the award for the best project management office for the year 2022 in its first participation among several local and international competitors.
The Commission also received another award in the same event from the PMO Global Alliance, for its participation in the PMO Global Awards, after its participating file passed the national qualifications and won the only seat to represent the Kingdom, making it to the third place in the Asia Pacific track, among the local and international competitors.
Assistant Deputy Governor for Planning and Development, Eng. Nayef Shesha said that CSTC's obtaining international awards embodies its pioneering role in institutional excellence and raising operational efficiency, as well as its continuous interest in developing competencies and providing them with the best possible skills to keep pace with the rapid changes in the sector with high flexibility.
