BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 5. With respect to
Armenian population which still lives in Karabakh region of
Azerbaijan - they are our citizens and we are not going to discuss
how we are going to organize their life with any international
player, President Ilham Aliyev said addressing the First Azerbaijan
