'Grain Corridors' Operated As Scheduled Humeniuk
(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Despite the intensification of hostilities in southern Ukraine, 'grain corridors' continue to work as scheduled.
The relevant statement was made by Head of the United Coordinating Press Center of the Southern Defense Forces Natalia Humeniuk during a briefing at Ukraine media Center, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“ 'Grain corridors' continue to work according to the schedule. At this stage, their work has been guaranteed by the UN, Turkey and the signatories of those obligations that Ukraine and the Russian Federation have. Hence, all the corridors are operated as scheduled, and their work has remained unchanged so far,” Humeniuk told.
A reminder that, on August 31, 2022, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky noted that more than 1.5 million tonnes of agricultural products had already been exported from three Ukrainian ports unblocked as part of the grain initiative.
