Turkey sends condolence for Sierra Leone over lethal explosion


(MENAFN) Turkish Foreign Ministry uttered condolences with Sierra Leone over a fuel tanker blast that killed 100 people.

The ministry affirmed that Ankara government felt sorry for victims during the blast, it added “We extend our condolences to the families of those who lost their lives as well as the government of Sierra Leone, wishing a swift recovery to the injured.”

A health official announced that the blast left marks of others in dangerous condition, and said that fatalities may increase for many who were seriously burned.
