Saudi Arabia declares the General Real Estate Authority fresh job

(MENAFN) The authorized Umm Al-Qura paper stated, the Saudi Cabinet lately approved to adjust the rules of the General Real Estate Authority to make its main task to record buildings in the country, and to help in organising, moderating and improving non-governmental real estate action.

The plan is to elevate the competence of non-governmental real estate work and to support investment in it in accordance with the goals of financial and social growth.

The Authority has all the required powers now to put controls and principles for real estate actions, implement the real estate listing actions, as set by law, and to launch training centres linked to its competencies, in agreement with legal measures.

The powers also contain allocating a number of the services it offers to the private industry, in line with the constitutional measures.
