BRUSSELS —Pan-European business strategy and communications consultancy BoldT has hired Raphaël Delli as a partner in Brussels to drive growth from clients in the financial services sector.
Delli joins the firm from BPCE Group, the second largest banking group in France, where he led on representation to the European Union, including external engagement and advocacy at the EU level for the group’s four business lines: retail banking and insurance, payments, asset and wealth management, and corporate and investment banking – on policy issues such as digitalisation, cybersecurity, cloud and use of data, and sustainable finance.
