With the purpose of encouraging inventiveness in the technology marketplace, the Shanghai Technology Exchange publicly initiated on Wednesday.
The Ministry of Science and Technology along with the Shanghai municipal regime founded the exchange.
According to Yan Mingfeng, president of the exchange, the Shanghai Technology Exchange, unlike other possessions rights exchanges, will arrange transactions of different scientific and technological accomplishments and technical assistances to contribute in accelerating the science and technology transmission in the Yangtze River Delta and across the whole country.
The stated exchange has gathered, up till now, an overall of 20 universities and research institutions, 30 transaction assistance institutions, and 60 companies comprising state-owned and listed companies.
