Coronavirus cases in Ukraine increas to 218

The health ministry of Ukraine has announced on Friday that a total of 62 new coronavirus cases have been registered in the country in the last 24, increasing the total number of people infected with coronavirus in Ukraine to 218.

Viktor Lyashko, Deputy Health Minister of Ukraine, said that about 38 percent of the cases are people who are aged from 30 to 49 years , and 30 percent are people who are aged from 50 to 65 years.

17 percent of the total cases are people who are aged from 18 to 29 years and people who are aged 65 years or more made up 6 percent, the official added.

He said that a total of four people have recovered from the disease in the country for now, a child is among them.

Ukraine has issued a national emergency state for 30 days on Wednesday.
