Israeli Occuaption Forces (IOF) on Monday shot and wounded an unidentified a Palestinian man near the Kiryat Arba settlement, east of Hebron.
Local sources said that the Israeli occupation forces shot and injured a young man for allegedly attempting to carry out a stabbing near the settlement of "Kiryat Arba" east of Hebron, and prevented the Palestinian ambulance crews from reaching the place and approach the young man to provide first aid for him.
