Tiktok's Representative Reveals Ad Blocker Usage Percentages

BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 24. Of the total
number of Internet users, 43 percent use ad blockers, said Barış
Aldanmaz, head of Tik Tok's Global Business Solutions Department
for Türkiye, Azerbaijan, Central and South Asia, Trend reports.
He made the remark during the presentation of the“TikTok for
Business” platform in Azerbaijan.
“43 percent of internet users use ad blockers. Members of
Generation Z largely ignore advertising messages or deliberately
bypass them by not perceiving the content of the ads. This raises
questions about the effectiveness of traditional advertising
strategies for younger audiences, who are increasingly using tools
to block content or simply avoid interacting with ads,” he
said.
