Judo Championship continues in Estonia's Tallinn, Trend reports via Idman.
According to information, on the third day of the competition,
six Azerbaijani athletes will hit the tatami and give it their
all.
90 kg
Aslan Kotsoyev will start his performance in a bout against
Alexandru Sibisan (Romania).
Tunjay Shamil will confront Kirill Volkov (Lithuania).
100 kg
Ajdar Baghirov will step on the tatami against Frantisek Lhotzky
(Czech Republic).
+100 kg
Kanan Nasibov will compete against Fedor Yaroshenko (Ukraine).
Ramazan Akhmedov will fight Armandas Vaskas (Lithuania).
+78 kg
Nigar Suleymanova will meet Celia Cancan (France).
The Azerbaijan national team is really hitting it out of the
park with five awards already under their belt after just two days
of the World Championships. Vusal Galandarzade struck gold in the
73 kg category, Suleyman Shukurov clinched the top spot in the 81
kg category, Konul Aliyeva emerged victorious in the 48 kg
category, and Fidan Alizade triumphed in the 57 kg category. Nizami
Imranov settled for the silver in the 60 kg category.
