Azerbaijani Gymnast Opines About 29Th Azerbaijan Championship's First Day


(MENAFN- Trend News Agency) BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 25. I performed well atthe competition, but there is still room for improvement, a memberof the Azerbaijani national acrobatic gymnastics team AnahitaBashiri told reporters, Trend reports.

Bashiri made this comment on the program she performed at the29th Azerbaijan Championship among Age Categories and BakuChampionship in Acrobatic Gymnastics.

"Our present competition goals are twofold: to excel inperformance while also addressing and correcting any inadequaciesin preparation for our participation in the World Championships ultimate goal at the World Championships is to reach thepodium. We maintain faith in our talents, building on our recentsuccess in winning medals at the European Championships," sheemphasized.

The Heydar Aliyev Sports and Concert Complex in Baku is hostingthe 29th Azerbaijan Championship among Age Categories and the BakuChampionship in Acrobatic Gymnastics, taking place on April25–26.

A combined contingent of 71 gymnasts hailing from BakuGymnastics School,“Ojaq” Sports Club, Neftchi Sports Club, andSpecialized Children-Youth Gymnastics School of Olympic ReservesNo. 13 are set to participate in the tournament.
