2 Dead Militants, OGW Chargesheeted

Srinagar- The Special Investigation Unit (SIU) of Police on Tuesday presented chargesheet against two dead militants and a militant associate before the National Investigative Agency (NIA) court in South Kashmir's Pulwama district.
The chargesheet was presented against militant associate Sameer Ahmad Mohand of Sheerabad Tral, and two slain militants Shafat Muzffar Sofi of Tral and Umar Nabi Teli of Ladhoo Pampore, a police spokesperson said Tuesday.
He said that the chargesheet was filed in case FIR No. 37/2022 under section 7/27 Arms Act, 307 IPC, 16 18, 19, 23, 38, 39 UAPA Act of Police Station Tral.
