The lawsuit, filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, paints a disturbing picture of Giuliani as a frequently intoxicated individual with an insatiable sexual appetite, often relying on Viagra. Dunphy further claims that Giuliani would demand oral satisfaction even while on the phone, comparing himself to former US President Bill Clinton.
According to Dunphy's lawsuit, she was subjected to a hostile work environment where she was required to work in various stages of undress, including being forced to work naked, in a bikini, or in short-shorts adorned with an American flag that Giuliani had purchased for her. The suit alleges that Giuliani would frequently grope her and attempt to initiate sexual contact during work hours, in direct violation of professional boundaries.
The abuse allegedly began shortly after Dunphy's hiring in 2019, suggesting a prolonged period of mistreatment endured by the plaintiff. In addition to the claims of sexual harassment, Dunphy asserts that she possesses recordings of Giuliani engaged in sensitive business discussions as well as making highly offensive and explicit remarks. These recorded conversations are said to contain extremely vulgar and racist comments targeting various individuals, including Jewish people and female politicians. However, Dunphy's legal team has refused to share the recordings with the Associated Press, citing their relevance to the ongoing litigation.
