RAK Ruler Receives Harvard Business School Delegation

RAS AL KHAIMAH, 5th November, 2022 (WAM) – H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, said that development of young national human resources and skills is key to the progress of the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and its bright, knowledge-driven future.

'We have clear visions, strategies and practical plans aimed at empowering young national competencies, attracting talent and minds capable of innovation and creativity, transforming challenges into opportunities for growth and development, and contributing to building a diversified and flexible national economy that adapts to global changes to promote sustainable development,” said H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi during a meeting today in Saqr City with a delegation from the Harvard Business School, the graduate business school of Harvard University.

H.H. added, 'Our supreme goal is to build human capital and improve the quality of life for all segments of society in various fields, and we believe that this will only be achieved through the development of the educational system in a way that enhances Ras Al Khaimah's position and its contribution to consolidating the UAE's competitiveness in all vital sectors.'

Sheikh Saud exchanged conversations with them about Harvard Business School's projects and initiatives, and their contributions to developing the knowledge economy and advancing sustainable development.

For their part, the members of the Harvard University's academic delegation expressed their deep thanks and appreciation to the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah for the generous hospitality and warm reception.
