Since Start Of Full-Scale Invasion, Russian Shelling Kills 149 Civilians In Mykolaiv


(MENAFN- UkrinForm) In Mykolaiv, 149 residents have been killed and 698 more seriously injured since the beginning of the full-scale war.

Mykolaiv Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych said this at a briefing at the Ukraine-Ukrinform media Center, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

'In Mykolaiv, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, 149 people, including 2 children, have died as a result of Russia's shelling of the city. In addition, 698 people, including 10 children, have been seriously injured,' the mayor said.

According to him, during the 254 days of the war, Mykolaiv has not been shelled for only 44 days. Therefore, currently there are 220,000-230,000 residents in the city out of 486,000 residents registered before the invasion. People return to the city for warm clothes, and then leave again, because it is dangerous to remain in the city.
