Sidra Medicine has expanded it private paediatric evening clinics and will be introducing five new specialties. It has announced that the new clinics will open for patients from August 14, Sunday.
The phased opening of the evening clinics will expand with private paediatric consultations for gastroenterology, neurology, ophthalmology, pulmonology and rheumatology.
The new private paediatric evening clinics at Sidra Medicine pave way towards offering children in Qatar more healthcare choices.
“We are bringing more choice in pediatric care. Call 40033333 to book a consultation at our latest line-up of private evening clinics,” Sidra Medicine said on its social media accounts.
Families do not require a referral for the private evening clinics and can directly request for a consultation. Patients can pay either through insurance or self-pay, Sidra Medicine said on its social media accounts.
The clinics will be open on weekdays from 3 to 8pm.
In May, Sidra Medicine extended its outpatient clinic hours with the launch of private paediatric services in the evenings.
With the new clinics Sidra medicine will operate private paediatric evening clinics in more than ten specialties.
The phased opening of the evening clinics started on May 22, with private paediatric consultations with General Surgery, Urology, and Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT). In July three new clinics in general paediatrics, dermatology, allergy and immunology were included.
Sidra Medicine has announced earlier that it will expand the evening clinics over the months, to cover the wide spectrum of its clinical services, including women's services, while assuring to remain committed to offering patients safe and top-quality care.
“We listened to our patients' feedback and understand that evening consultations will make our services accessible at time slots that are convenient, without having to leave school or work, during the day,” Prof. Ziyad M. Hijazi, Chief Medical Officer at Sidra Medicine has said.
