Sources claim that a man allegedly shot his ex-wife in Kandahar province's Ayno Mina city.
The motive for this shooting remains unknown as of now, but it is reported that this man's ex-wife separated from him in a Taliban military court some time ago.
Local Taliban officials have yet to comment on the incident, and sources indicate that the perpetrator has managed to escape.
