Widam Food Company has received its ISO Certification in Quality Management (ISO-9001), Food Safety Management (ISO-22000), and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP).
The certificates were issued by Bureau Veritas Certification Centre, which is considered among the most esteemed performance and assessment centres globally. The certifications were given following extensive and thorough audits, whereby Al Wakra Mechanized Abattoir (located in Al Wakra's central market) and the company's operational mechanisms, proved compliant according to the International Organisation for Standardisation's (ISO) global requirements.
Widam Food implemented a comprehensive strategy to improve its services and products in accordance with global standards. This step resulted in a landmark difference vis-à-vis the quality of products and services offered to clients, differentiating Widam's goods from those offered locally and globally, and achieving the highest level of client satisfaction.
Widam Food is continuously working to achieve the various goals listed in its food products and services growth strategy within and outside Qatar.
