(MENAFN) Saudi Arabia, the largest oil exporter in the world, preserved its level as China's first crude provider for a ninth direct month last month as chief producers eased manufacture cuts.
On Monday, Sep. 20 information from the General Administration of Customs presented, Saudi crude arrivals increased 53 percent from 2020 to 8.06 million tonnes, or 1.96 million barrels per day (bpd).
That goes against 1.58 million bpd in July and 1.24 million bpd in the past month in 2020.
The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and its associates, named as OPEC+, declared in July to alleviate manufacture cuts and amplify produce by an additional 2 million bpd, adding 0.4 million bpd a month from August until December. In July, OPEC production rose by 640,000 bpd to 26.66 million bpd.
