Kuril Islands jolted by 5.0-magnitude earthquake


(MENAFN) The U.S. Geological Survey reported that on Sunday, May. 9 a 5.0- magnitude quake hit Kuril Islands at 2333 GMT.

The epicenter, with a deepness of 60.17 km, was at first concluded to be at 46.6231 degrees north latitude and 152.0159 degrees east longitude.
