Ukraine- Ivano-Frankivsk region gets UAH 3.8M in tourist tax revenues in January-April 2021


(MENAFN- UkrinForm) In January-April 2021, local budgets of Ivano-Frankivsk region received UAH 3.8 million in revenues from tourist tax, which is almost 70% of the figure recorded for the entire 2020, according to the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration.

'Revenues from tourist tax in Ivano-Frankivsk region in the first four months of 2021 UAH 3.8 million. This is almost 70% of the annual figure for 2020 - the winter season in Polianytsia territorial community was surprisingly successful, Vitaliy Perederko, the head of the tourism department at the regional administration wrote on his Facebook page.

According to him, the largest revenues from tourist tax were recorded in Polianytsia territorial community - UAH 2.784 million, Ivano-Frankivsk territorial community - UAH 411,680, Yaremche territorial community - UAH 217,880, Vorokhta territorial community 149,030, Vyhoda territorial community UAH 57,280.

Bukovel, the largest ski resort in Ukraine, is located in the territory of Polianytsia territorial community.
