Doha: The registration of candidates for free education under the quota of the government of the Russian Federation is extended until March 15, 2021.
Qatari citizens, stateless persons and Russian compatriots with permanent residence in Qatar, who wish to study in the Russian Federation under the quota, have to register with the information system , to fill in the form, to provide a photo, a scan of a passport and education document (or of an education period certificate) to participate in sectionals.
An application for admission should be completed via a personal account on the website. To do this, prospective students need to select in advance at least six universities where they would like to study and decide on the level and form of study. The selected universities should be listed in order of priority.
These scholarships include free tuition for the entire duration of a programme and accommodation in dormitories (if it's available). The scholarship will not cover costs related to the travel, living expenses or health insurance.
