ALGIERS, Jan 13 (KUNA) -- Algeria recorded on Wednesday three additional COVID-19 fatalities as the death toll hit 2,819, along with 219 infections added to 102,860 overall.
The new infections recorded today were discovered across 18 states, while no infections were recorded across 30 states, said Dr. Jamal Furar, a spokesperson for COVID-19 Monitoring and Follow-up Committee, at a press conference.
There were 183 new cases of recovery, bringing the total number to 69,791 healed cases, while 31 patients were in intensive care units, he pointed out. (end)
