(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Cairo, Nov 23, 2020, SPA -- Acting minister of media Dr. Majed bin Abdullah Al-Gasabi, the rotatory president of the Arab Ministers of Information Council, is set to chair the 4th Arab Chinese Cooperation symposium in the field of information, scheduled to be virtually held tomorrow under the theme 'responsibility of media in enhancing Arab Chinese joint development amid coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic', organized by the Arab League in coordination with China's Information Bureau for the State's Council.
Ministers of media of each of Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan and Lebanon as well as the chairman and deputy chairman of China's State Council Information Bureau in addition to a number of media representatives from Arab countries and China are scheduled to take part in the symposium.
The symposium consists of an opening session and two working sessions, set to discuss the role of media in enhancing Arab China partnership through the road and belt initiative and supporting human development plans between Arab countries and China.
